A little bit about me...
After 22 years in the Air Force, I decided to put my experience of numerous moves and logistics to work helping people with the challenges of moving. “Every home sale is a life change for 2 people”, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is a lot at stake financially and personally. The perspective on the process and the responsibility I feels toward my clients, drives me to be excellent at my profession. I know the market, the players and all of the variables involved in a real estate transaction. I want you to feel supported and that you have a trusted and experienced advisor by your side.
As a seller, you want to effectively (and beautifully) market your home to secure the highest possible price and the cleanest terms possible. As a buyer, you want an patient and yet assertive partner to give you faith in buying a home at the best price with no surprises. In either case you do not want to leave any money on the table. This is where I excel as your consultant, negotiator and project manager.
I arrived in Central Arkansas in 1983. I am very familiar with the area and all of its unique attributes. I raised two daughters, both, who own their own businesses. I have a granddaughter in public schools that is involved in many activities. I am involved in several of the Chambers of Commerce and I attend many local festivals and events throughout the year. I routinely talk with community leaders and businesses about the local economy. I have a team of real estate professionals to guide you through the transaction. Many I have worked with for over a decade, some two.
I strive to keep up with the local real estate market. I preview several new properties weekly. I review all of the sold homes in the area. I talk with other professionals daily. I utilize the latest in technology, including AI. Keeping my finger on the local market, a BA in Organizational Management, an MBA in Marketing and 20 years of serving hundreds of clients afford me the ability to provide my clients with all the information they need to buy or sell their home with confidence.
The reason for my great reviews is directness, transparency, compelling listing marketing, expert negotiations and the ability to keep people and deals on track – calmly and professionally. This ability is part natural instinct and part commitment to advanced and ongoing training and education. A lot of what other agents do sounds similar. What varies significantly is the resulting outcomes for their clients.
